I’m ELIZABETH COOK

I help people who feel stretched thin, constantly on, or disconnected from themselves step out of survival mode and into a life that feels grounded, clear, and sustainable.
Through my Integrated Being Method, I guide clients to see where their energy is being drained and how to rebuild rhythms that support both ambition and well being.
I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the youngest of three. My father, a CFO, and my mother, a nurse, taught me discipline, presence, and belief in what is possible.
Today I serve as a Vice President in the electric utility industry, leading work in energy transformation and operational excellence. I am also a PhD graduate, author, coach, and holistic health advocate.
I am married with six children and understand the reality of full and busy lives. That is why I believe alignment, not balance, is the key to thriving.
I created Integrated Being to help people live and lead without losing themselves in the process.
