Meet the Team
Integrated Being grew out of a simple truth: human beings are mind, body, and spirit, created with a capacity to grow, heal, and change. Our work weaves together breath, nourishment, movement, and mindset so you can live more fully in your own life, relationships, and work.
Dr. Elizabeth Cook
Founder, Integrated Being | Grid Modernization Leader | Mind–Body–Spirit Coach
Elizabeth Cook, PhD, is an engineer, mother of six, and the creator of Integrated Being. Her work bridges two worlds: leading large scale change in the electric utility industry and guiding individuals to live with more clarity, intention, and health.
Through coaching, teaching, writing, and her podcast, Elizabeth helps people:
• Understand their patterns in thought, emotion, and behavior
• Use breath, food, movement, and attention as doorways to nervous system regulation
• Align daily choices with deeper values, purpose, and faith
Elizabeth’s approach is practical and science informed, grounded in the belief that every person carries an inner wisdom that can be strengthened, not fixed. Integrated Being is her way of honoring both the systems she helps modernize and the humans who move through them.
Victoria Graham
RN, MSN – Originator of The Integrated Being Essence
Integrated Being began with Victoria Graham’s work at the bedside, in the classroom, and in quiet conversations with patients who wanted more than a quick fix.
Victoria spent nearly 50 years as a nurse, practicing in operating rooms, cardiac and neuro units, emergency psychiatry, and nursing education. With a master’s degree in Nursing Education from the University of Pittsburgh, she taught that “knowledge empowers individuals to maximize their potential as human beings.”
Drawing on her faith and clinical experience, Victoria developed the original Integrated Being / Health Pattern Appraisal: a holistic way of looking at a person’s life patterns in health perception, nutrition, activity, rest, coping, relationships, and values. She saw that when people could see their patterns clearly, they could begin to change them.
Today, Victoria continues to nurture what matters most to her: meaningful relationships, family, and the quiet work of staying present to life. Her belief that mind, body, and spirit are inseparable is the root system of Integrated Being.
Maggie Cook
Emerging Voice | Storytelling and Youth Perspective
Maggie brings a fresh, honest voice to Integrated Being. As Elizabeth’s daughter and co host on special podcast series, she explores what it means to grow up in a world of constant noise while staying connected to self, purpose, and joy. Maggie helps us keep the work grounded in real conversations between generations.
Shelly Livingston
CPT,CES, NBC-HWC Movement and Strength Guide
Shelly specializes in helping women navigate every phase of childbearing and motherhood through strength training, functional movement, and practical habit change. She supports clients in rebuilding trust with their bodies, improving energy, and using movement as a daily anchor rather than another obligation. Shelly partners with Integrated Being on programs that blend mindset, breath, and bodywork for sustainable change.
Dr. Keith Somers
Pediatrician | Co-Creator, Illuminating Being
Keith brings a child-centered, whole-family lens to Integrated Being, emphasizing sensory awareness, nutrition, and curiosity-driven parenting. Drawing on decades of pediatric practice, community engagement, and expertise in plant-based nutrition and family wellness, he helps families navigate everyday challenges by creating practical strategies that promote healthy habits, emotional regulation, and connection. Together, Keith and Elizabeth co-create Illuminating Being, focusing on mothers, children, and the everyday practices that nurture resilience, wonder, and mindful living, empowering families to make intentional choices, build stronger relationships, and cultivate joy in the ordinary moments of daily life.
Why This Team
Across generations and disciplines, our team shares a common conviction:
Human beings are created with a capacity to heal, to adapt, and to love. When we pay attention to breath, patterns, relationships, and the stories we tell ourselves, we begin to live from that capacity.
Integrated Being exists to offer tools, language, and community around that work.
