Shelly Livingston is a seasoned health and wellness coach, a devoted mother, and a trusted friend. With over 20 years of professional experience, she seamlessly blends her clinical background as a nurse with her extensive certifications in fitness, nutrition, and behavioral change. Shelly’s journey as a coach is deeply rooted in her love for the outdoors, the ocean, and grounding practices that connect body, mind, and spirit.
With 11 years of experience in pediatrics and another 11 years as a professional coach and trainer, Shelly is uniquely positioned to support women in their health journeys.
She holds multiple certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), including:
Certified Personal Trainer,
Corrective Exercise Specialist,
Performance Enhancement Specialist,
Fitness Nutrition Specialist,
Behavior Change Psychology,

Metabolic Health Specialist.
