1:1 Coaching (Private Work)
Bi-monthly private sessions focused on real constraints, decisions, and recalibration that cannot happen in group settings.

Cohort Sessions (Small Circle of 8 Leaders)
Two structured group sessions per month designed to surface patterns, challenge blind spots, and build a trusted peer network.

 

Operating System Framework
A structured nine-module system covering leadership identity, decision architecture, energy management, and life integration.

 

Private Community
A closed peer environment for reflection, accountability, and shared learning between sessions.

Midpoint In-Person Retreat
A focused 3-day reset designed to deepen trust and consolidate transformation.
